Annual Charity Quiz

The club's Annual Charity Quiz held was held in Mullaghan’s Bar Rasharkin over the festive season with ten teams participating in a hotly contested battle of wits.
This year the proceeds of the quiz were donated to deterMND, a trust which former Antrim captain and St.Paul’s stalwart Anto Finnegan, who was recently diagnosed with the muscle-wasting disease, has set up in an attempt to raise awareness of the condition and increase research funding within the GAA Community. A staggering £920 was raised for this worthy charity.
Thanks go to Joe Crawford and Danny McLernon the quiz masters who once again put together a brilliant quiz, Charlie Mullaghan for providing the venue, the sandwich makers and to all who took time to attend this event. Everyone enjoyed a good night's entertainment.
Club Chairman Michael Hardy rounded off proceedings by presenting the Mullaghan Family Shield for the Annual Charity Quiz to the winning team captain Cathal Cowan.
