Coaching Winning Possession & Striking in Hurling (Focus for Youth & Adult Coaches)

This is an Outdoor Workshop which will focus on how to coach the skills of gaining possession, mainly first touch, and positioning of your body, it will also provide different games which you can use. The second part of the workshop will focus on how to coach the skills of Striking, looking at foot placement and technique. It will show how to develop this via games
