John McAuley - Valuing the Volunteer

Rasharkin club member John McAuley has been chosen to feature in 'Valuing the Volunteer' in this weeks match programme for the Antrim v Fermanagh Ulster Championship game in Brewster Park.
The feature will celebrate unsung heroes from GAA clubs across Ulster in match programmes during the Ulster Championship.
John has been a Rasharkin member for over 60 years having 1st represented the club as a 14 year old corner forward in 1954. Since then he has served the club in various roles including as a player and as Club Treasurer for 42 years. Despite retiring from that role, John has continues to serve on the Club's Executive Committee and is always available to help out at Dreen!
