Biggest Loser 2014 – Another Success

Following the triumph of last year’s Biggest Loser, St.Mary’s Rasharkin GAC took the decision to run again with the same format this year. 70 willing participants split up into five teams of fourteen and weighed in 8th Feb to start the nine week programme, changing to a healthier lifestyle through better eating habits and more exercise.
